Trust
“Trust is something you earned, not demanded”
For me, trust is the highest appreciation for someone , whether it comes from your friend, business partner or your couple .
I watched several movies that taught me how it is so importance to keep the trust that we have gained from other people.
From The Wheatherman (Nicholas Cage) :
The scene that related to “trust” is when they came to marriage counseling group, and they discussed about “how to rebuild a relationship based on trust”. The treatment is simple each person and their couple have to write some list that they don’t not like from other.
It has to be written in a piece of paper, and it has to be given to their couple. And they have to obey not to read it. And guess what? our main character is a JERK hehehe, yeah he read it :p.
It’s important to keep trust over a simple thing.
From Proof (Gwyneth Paltrow) :
The scene is when Catherine were being doubted by her sister Claire and Hal, they thought that the notebook that full of proof about a math theories are belong to her Dad rather than her own thought, well based on Cath’s current condition that having a slight mental illness ( depression + delusional ) they ( Hal & Claire ) might have to justify the authenticity of Cath’s claim that the “proof” is belong to her. Well sometime, you don’t have to proof something that related to someone that already have relationship to you. Just accept what they stated, or you might have screwed up the relationship.
Or in this scene it came when Cath say this statement to Hal : “You should’ve trusted me on this Hal”, the situation became silent and then she left.
If you trust someone, you just don’t need to justify the truth. Sometime, you just have to say “Okay, i trust you” period.
Being betrayed feels like being hit with something that remarkably hurts you in a long term of time.
I have been betrayed several times, yes several times .. and it hurts.
and i have betrayed others also .. and it hurts me also ( i’m sorry truly sorry for what happened meine liebe and some of you my friend), i promise i will avoid any chance of betraying someone.
